CanCare, Inc. recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users of www.cancare.org. We created the following policy guidelines with a fundamental respect for our users' right to privacy to guide our relationships with our users.

At your request, and at any time, we will remove you from our mailing list.

Online Donations
Our donation form uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions. The information collected will not be given out to any third party.

As a means of recognizing support, we publish names of our donors in our Annual Report. If you prefer that your name not be published, please contact our office.

Use of Information
Our donation form requires users to give us contact information that may include name, e-mail address, address, interests, and similar information. This information is stored in our database and used for acknowledgements and mailing lists. We do not store sensitive information for our donors, such as credit card or social security numbers.

We will not sell, trade or give away the names, email addresses, or contact information of our subscribers or anyone else with whom we correspond without their permission.

General
In general, we will do our best to make all our correspondence reflect the permission and consent you have given us.

CanCare, Inc. is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of websites to which it may provide links.
