Your tribute gift will be highlighted throughout CanCare’s NCSM campaign this June, recognizing your honoree for their resilience, hope, and unwavering strength.

To send a tribute gift and have your honoree recognized by CanCare this National Cancer Survivorship Month:

1. Select your donation amount*
2. Add the message you would like to send to your honoree
3. Select whether you would like your message shared publicly
4. Add the contact information where we can send the honoree’s tribute card ("Send Tribute Notification To")
5. Complete your donation
