Meet Larry Latimer!
A true beacon of hope and compassion, Larry is not just your ordinary volunteer—he's a force of positivity and support in the cancer journey!
With 20 years of law enforcement experience and 18 years in the insurance field under his belt, Larry brings a wealth of expertise to the table. But what truly sets him apart is his unwavering commitment to making a difference in people's lives.
Introduced to CanCare in 2007 through his involvement with the Cancer Resource Team at The Woodlands Church, Larry's heart immediately resonated with our mission. Since then, he's been on the front lines, offering comfort and hope to those facing cancer.
As a survivor of stage 4 tongue cancer, Larry's personal journey adds a profound depth to his interactions. His story of triumph over adversity serves as a beacon of inspiration for others facing similar battles.
But Larry's impact doesn't stop there—he's also deeply involved in helping CanCare grow and improve. His dedication and contributions are truly invaluable, and we are incredibly thankful to have him on our team!
Larry, your compassion and dedication shine brightly, and we're grateful for everything you do to make the world a better place. Keep shining, you're a true gem!
