For 35 years, CanCare has walked alongside cancer patients and their families during moments where hope may feel out of reach. Every month,  newly diagnosed patients desperately need the hope that only comes from someone who truly understands, a survivor by their side who can say "I've been where you are, and you're going to make it through this." When you join Team HOPE as a monthly donor, you're giving the gift of hope itself, ensuring we can match patients with trained survivor volunteers, provide ongoing emotional support, and make certain no one faces cancer alone.
